The MUZ6ER1 stainless steel bowl is a “dough only” bowl for the Bosch Universal series of mixers. It is “dough only” because it only has a dough hook.
The dough hook in this bowl is bottom-mounted and the bowl has no center post. This bowl is produced by Bosch and will fit “classic series” Universal mixers as-is. It will be wobbly on the Universal Plus and requires the addition of some rubber bumpers to prevent the wobble.
It has a 6 quart capacity and can handle 14 pounds of dough.
